Hummus can be a wholesome alternative in small portions. It tends to be very rich due to the olive oil and tahini (sesame paste) – both high in fats and calories. (Nutrition for about half of cup: a hundred Cals; Fat: 1 g; Carbs: 20 g; Protein: 5 g). Oh my! Honestly, I TRY (hehehe) not to have sweets in my drink. I additionally TRY (again with the hihihi…) to keep away from pastries and sugar-coated desserts. Still, after I do fall into the candy pit I make up with operating and other cardio exercises.
